Free that actually means free

We all know how “free” works in the software industry: free up to 3 users, free for the first 14 days, free but without export, free but you need a paid plan for any useful feature.

PBX Reports is not like that.

It’s completely free. No PBX server limit. No tenant limit. No time limit. CSV export included. Alerts included. Full dashboard.

Why is it free?

Because PBX Reports was born from an internal need. We manage a fleet of over 40 PBX servers for our telephony clients. We needed to see, in one place, how many concurrent calls each server handles, when peaks occur, which tenants are inactive, and which PBXes have issues.

We built the tool for ourselves. Then we realized that anyone managing more than 2-3 PBXes has the same problem. And that existing tools are either expensive or don’t exist.

So we made it public. Free.

What you see in the dashboard

A single screen with your entire fleet. Global concurrent call peak, daily average, total calls and minutes, active tenants count, which servers are online and which haven’t reported recently.

Alerts automatically detect month-over-month anomalies: sudden traffic increase, sudden traffic drop, inactive tenants, PBXes that stopped reporting. Thresholds are configurable.

Everything exports to CSV with applied filters. Reports can be daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Only requirement

Have the PBXTools agent installed on the server. One command, two minutes, done.

No credit card required. No paid account needed. Fleet monitoring for your PBXes shouldn’t cost money.
