What the agent sees when a customer calls
Every softphone shows the number. Blureon Phone shows context — the DID rung, the IVR option chosen, the queue waited in, CRM data — before you pick up. The agent walks into the call informed.
- 1Caller ID + CRM name: +40 740 123 456 · ACME Ltd
- 2DID + inbound route: +40 374 550 110 · Sales
- 3IVR — option chosen: 1 · New sales
- 4Queue & wait time: Sales Support · 47s queued
- 5CRM Owner: Andrew Smith (Account Manager)
- 6CRM Stage: Negotiation · quote in progress
On another softphone you see only +40740123456. On Blureon Phone you know at a glance that this is a customer in negotiation, owned by Andrew, and you open their record with a click.
The fields shown are configurable per CRM and per business flow — owner, stage, last ticket, contract value, invoice status, etc. map to each integration (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho — or any custom CRM via webhooks).
Top Features
Everything you need in a professional softphone
12 Call Functions
Hold, transfer (blind & attended), 3-way conference, call park, call pickup, mute, DTMF, redial, call recording.
Multi-Account SIP
Up to 50 simultaneous SIP accounts with UDP, TCP, TLS and SRTP transport.
BLF & Monitoring
4 visual states (idle, ringing, busy, offline), 5 functions: Speed Dial, Transfer, Park, Pickup, Intercom.
Floating Call Popup
Overlay popup with 7 CRM data fields and 8 quick actions — answer, reject, transfer, hold, mute.
5 CRM Integrations
Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Custom API — click-to-call, screen pop, auto-log.
SMS & WhatsApp
Integrated messaging with SMS and WhatsApp Business support directly from the softphone.
Pro features
Things that matter at 5–50 agents — things other softphones skip.
Local call recording
Red Record button right in the call popup, on/off mid-call. WAV file saved locally on the workstation, configurable path. Visual indicator while recording. Auto-stop on hangup.
Command hooks on call events
Run local scripts on incoming call, on connect, on disconnect, on missed call. Caller ID, DID, duration — all as parameters. Real use case: open the customer record in a custom CRM, log to an internal ticketing system, custom popup.
JSON webhooks
POST to your endpoint with event + caller_id + extension + timestamp. For server-side integrations into Power BI, Make/n8n, Zapier — or your own dashboards.
Friendly labels for DIDs & queues
PBX sends „queue 1012" or „DID +40374550110" — Blureon Phone shows „Tech Support" / „Sales line". Labels configured centrally and pushed via provisioning.
Port knocking for corporate firewalls
Sends a UDP sequence before opening SIP REGISTER, so the corporate firewall accepts the connection only for the genuine client. Works on locked-down networks without asking IT to open ports.
Live MOS score & VU meters
In the active call popup — VU bar for in / out, plus MOS (Mean Opinion Score) computed live from RTCP statistics. For managers proving SLA on the VoIP line.
Multi-extension on the same workstation
One agent can have multiple SIP accounts at the same time — tech line 202 and general queue 1012 in parallel. Instant switch; all receive calls.
Central admin control
The admin revokes access in <1s via WebSocket, forces minimum versions, sees which extensions are logged in and from where, evicts devices when the activation cap is hit. Zero RDP to agents' workstations.
Two PBX connection modes
AMI direct when you have access to the PBX network. Agent WebSocket when agents work from outside.
AMI direct
Agent workstation ↔ PBX via Asterisk Manager Interface. Lowest latency, instant live BLF. Requires the workstation to reach port 5038 of the PBX.
Agent WebSocket via pbxtools
Workstation ↔ pbxtools.ro ↔ PBX. Outbound TCP 443 only (HTTPS) — works on any network: hotel, 4G, hotspot, home, CG-NAT. No firewall ports need opening.
Native, not Electron
Swift on macOS. WPF on Windows. The difference shows up in resource usage.
No-compromise security
Decisions that survive a corporate IT audit.
TLS for signaling, SRTP for media
SIP runs over TLS 1.2/1.3. Audio packets are AES-128 encrypted via SRTP. Calls cannot be wiretapped by anyone listening on the wire.
Passwords are NEVER plain on disk
macOS — Keychain (Apple-encrypted, per-user). Windows — DPAPI (per-user Windows-encrypted). An attacker with physical access can't export credentials without the user's logon.
Code-signed from byte one
Windows — signed with Azure Trusted Signing (EV cert). macOS — Apple Developer ID + Notarization. No „unknown publisher" warnings, no IT exclusion lists.
SHA-256 verified auto-update
Every update is SHA-256 verified before install. If a build fails or is corrupted, automatic rollback to the previous version. Updates apply in the background, never during an active call.
Your data stays in our datacenter
Call history, messages and contacts stay local on your machine. On the transcription/AI side: audio never leaves our datacenter — STT runs on our own GPUs, no third-party transcription providers in the path. Only minimal telemetry reaches pbxtools (extension name, app version, machine_id).
EU data residency
All PBXTools servers are in the European Union. No cross-border transfer to non-EU providers. DPA available on request, subprocessors published, end-to-end GDPR compliance for every component of the stack.
PBX compatibility
Works with any PBX speaking SIP — regardless of vendor or version.
Basic SIP calls — compatible with any PBX implementing SIP/RFC 3261. Tested on our centraletelefonice.ro hosted platform and on Asterisk, FreeSwitch, FreePBX, VitalPBX, FusionPBX, Yeastar, 3CX, Cisco, Avaya, and more.
Advanced features (PBX info in popup, live BLF, event hooks): require AMI (Asterisk / FreePBX / Issabel / VitalPBX) or ESL (FreeSwitch / FusionPBX) — or the Blureon agent installed on the PBX (free with Pro/Enterprise).
