Is it really 100% free?
Yes, absolutely. PBX Reports is and will remain completely free. No hidden costs, no trial, no limitations.
How many PBX systems can I monitor?
There is no limit. Our clients monitor dozens of PBX systems from the same dashboard.
What data is collected?
Only aggregate CDR data: call counts, durations, peaks, timestamps. We do not collect call content or personal data.
How do I install the agent on my PBX?
For ScitPBX, VitalPBX and FusionPBX, an installation script is available. On FreePBX, the module installs through its own interface in under 2 minutes.
Does it work with PBX systems behind NAT?
Yes. The agent initiates outbound connections, so it works from behind NAT/firewall without port forwarding.
