How accurate is the transcription?
We use top-tier transcription engines with automatic failover. Supports Romanian, English and 50+ other languages.
What happens when free credits run out?
Processing pauses temporarily. You can buy a credit package starting from €5 (Flea package, 500 credits, valid 15 days). Larger packages have longer validity, up to 180 days. 1 credit = €0.01.
Can I run transcription on my own server?
Yes! The local processing option lets you run transcription on your own server, with no external costs and total privacy.
How do smart alerts work?
AI analyzes every call and sends automatic emails when it detects: negative sentiment, sensitive topics, defined keywords or pattern anomalies.
Is my data safe?
Yes. TLS 1.3 encrypted transfer, AES-256 storage, EU servers, GDPR compliant. You can optionally enable automatic PII redaction.
