Not worth it if:

You have under 10 calls per day and can listen to them yourself. At low volume, automation doesn’t add enough value. The free plan with 10 calls per month is there to test.

Calls are short and transactional, under 30 seconds. “Yes, the order is ready, goodbye” doesn’t need analysis. The system automatically ignores calls below a configurable minimum duration.

You don’t have audio recording enabled on your PBX. AI Call Reports requires recordings. Without audio, we have nothing to process.

You want an AI that answers the phone instead of agents. We don’t do that. PBXTools analyzes calls after they end, not in real time.
