Do credits expire?
Yes. Each package has a validity period, from 15 days (Flea package, 500 credits) up to 180 days (Tiger package, 100,000 credits). The larger the package, the longer the validity.
How does the payment model work?
No monthly subscription. You buy a credit package (from Flea, 500 credits, up to Tiger, 100,000 credits) and consume credits as you process calls. Each package has a validity period.
What are typical monthly costs?
Depends on the plan and call duration. For ~100 calls/month (transcription + summary + analysis): ~€4 on the Basic plan, ~€10 on the Advanced plan. Use the calculator above for an exact estimate.
How do I receive an invoice?
Electronic invoices are issued automatically with each credit purchase, compliant with e-Factura SPV. Company data validation is done automatically.
Are there any hidden fees?
Zero. The price you see is the final price. No additional charges.
Do larger packages have a better per-credit price?
No — the rate is flat: €0.01 per credit, regardless of package. The only difference is validity: larger packages stay valid for longer. For very high volumes, contact us via the form.
