Does the balance expire?
Yes. Any amount you top up stays valid for one year from the date you added it, no matter how much you put in. Applications always draw from the batch that expires first, so nothing is left behind unused.
How does the payment model work?
No monthly subscription. You top up your balance with whatever amount you want and spend it as you process calls. What you add is valid for a year, and the oldest money is spent first.
What are typical monthly costs?
Depends on the plan and call duration. For ~100 calls/month (transcription + summary + analysis): ~€4 on the Basic plan, ~€10 on the Advanced plan. Use the calculator above for an exact estimate.
How do I receive an invoice?
Electronic invoices are issued automatically with each top-up, compliant with e-Factura SPV. Company data validation is done automatically.
Are there any hidden fees?
Zero. The price you see is the final price. No additional charges.
Does a bigger top-up get a better rate?
No — the rate is flat, however much you add. There are no packages and no volume discounts. For very high volumes, contact us via the form.
