What does not change the bill

An integrator with two hundred extensions pays the same as one with five. The fee is per company, not per PBX size.

Only the monthly allowance of requests and traffic matters — you see it in the panel, with the same figures we see.

Frequently asked questions

What does the subscription cover?
All four channels — the history API, the periodic file, real-time events and recording downloads — with a monthly allowance of requests and traffic, shown on the Usage screen. Above the allowance it is metered, and past a hard cap serving stops by itself.
Are recordings included?
Yes, in the same fee. The channel is off by default on every account and is switched on at your request, with a key separate from the metadata one — a key that reads reports must never reach conversations. It also carries a tighter rate limit: a metadata response is kilobytes, an audio one is megabytes, and fetching it occupies your PBX rather than our server.
Is it sold per PBX or per company?
Per company. Each company has its own keys and sees only its own calls. An integrator with five customers on one PBX has five subscriptions — and five independent integrations that cannot mix.
What happens if I exceed the allowance?
It is metered above it, at a rate written at the top of the Usage page, where you see day by day what you have used. Past a hard cap, serving stops by itself — a broken script on your side must not turn into an invoice you did not expect. We call you before it gets there.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Any that can receive JSON over HTTPS or make a request. We do not sell ready-made connectors for one specific CRM: we hand you the data clean and documented, and your developer makes the link. If you do not have one, we will, for a fee.
Does it work on my PBX?
On Asterisk-based systems — FreePBX, VitalPBX and centraletelefonice.ro PBX, multi-company included — and on bespoke platforms. The same stack covers the rest of the family: Issabel, PBXact, Elastix, Wazo. FusionPBX is in progress. If you run something else, tell us — we build on request, which is how every platform on the list got there.
Do I need other modules as well?
No. All four channels rest on what the agent brings from your own PBX — including real-time events, which have their own telephony vocabulary: ringing, answered, nobody picked up, caller hung up in the queue. Smart Dialer has its own events, about campaigns, which you can additionally subscribe to if you run the dialer.
