Frequently asked
Which PBXes does it work on?
FreePBX only (single-tenant). VitalPBX and FusionPBX multi-tenant are not currently supported: a single OS-level firewall would mean tenants overwriting each other's settings. Alternatives for multi-tenant: VitalPBX's native firewall (Sentinel).
Do I need manual PBX config?
No. Our agent applies rules automatically. You choose in portal which countries to allow and which IPs to explicitly allow/block.
Can I add my own rules or profiles?
Yes, if admin enables edit mode. You see global profiles + create your own (private to you). Limits are configurable (default: 20 IP rules, min CIDR prefix /24).
Why €3 and not free?
GeoIP database maintenance, weekly updates, audit log, infra monitoring. For centraletelefonice.ro customers it's already included in their package — no separate charge.
Can I temporarily exclude a country (vacation in another country)?
Yes. Add your traveling IP to allow with higher priority than the country rule, or edit the profile temporarily.
What if I accidentally block my own IP?
Our admin can fix from admin panel. Plus, the rule applies to IP not your authenticated session — you can still access from another host and fix.
