PBX Reports is the module through which you understand how your phone system actually works. Without it, you have no real CDR. Everything else (AI, alerts) builds on top of this foundation.

Reciprocity

We want you to install the PBXTools agent on your PBX. The PBX Reports module is our gift — use it without limits. The rest we offer as paid add-ons.

Near-zero marginal cost

The agent runs on YOUR PBX, aggregated data takes minimal space, our infra handles tens of thousands of PBXes easily. There's no economic reason to charge for it.

Yes, absolutely. No card, no trial period. Install the agent, activate the module, you have a CDR dashboard forever.
What's the catch?
None. We hope you'll adopt other paid modules (AI Call Reports, Smart Missed Calls, PBX Firewall), but no pressure. PBX Reports stays free regardless.
How many PBXes can I monitor?
No limit. We have customers with dozens of PBXes under one account — all visible from the same dashboard.
What data do you collect?
Only aggregates: call count / hour, average durations, peaks, timestamps. We do NOT collect call content, audio, SMS messages, or personal data.
How do I install the agent?
One command on the PBX (curl + bash). 2-3 minute install. FreePBX (native module + auto-detect), VitalPBX and FusionPBX (install script) all supported.
Does it work behind NAT/firewall?
Yes. Agent initiates outbound to cool.pbxtools.ro. No port forwarding required, no exposed ports on the internet.
