☎️ Running a different PBX?

If you run Asterisk in any shape, the data already exists — all that is left is how we reach it. And if you run something else entirely, tell us: the platforms we support today got on the list exactly that way, because somebody asked.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per PBX or per user?
Per PBX. How many colleagues use the reports does not change the bill. If you run several PBXes, each has its own subscription.
Does it add to what I already pay?
Yes, it is a separate module with its own subscription. The PBXTools agent and PBX Reports stay free regardless of which paid modules you have.
Is there a trial?
Tell us which PBX you run and we will talk — we do the activation, so you never end up tied to something you have not seen working on your own system.
What happens if I stop the module?
Collection stops and the reports close. Your calls stay where they always were — on your PBX. We are not the keeper of your records.
Do I also need Smart Missed Calls?
They are different things. Call Detailed Reports is the analysis: all calls, with duration and routing. Smart Missed Calls is the daily work: only missed calls, tracked until someone calls back. Many companies run both, but neither requires the other.
Does it run on any Asterisk system?
We read data that belongs to Asterisk, not to the panel on top of it — so in principle yes, anywhere the call records and queue log are reachable. Today the agent starts automatically on FreePBX and on custom-built platforms; for Issabel, PBXact, Elastix, Wazo or a hand-built Asterisk we check before you pay anything. It does not work on closed appliances such as Grandstream UCM or Yeastar. FusionPBX is a different engine, FreeSWITCH — a separate conversation.
