Does it work with FreePBX, VitalPBX and FusionPBX?
Yes, all three. Our agent auto-detects the PBX type and reads the standard CDR.
Does it need manual installation?
No. If you already have the PBXTools agent (free), Smart Missed Calls activates with one toggle in the portal. Data shows up within 30 minutes.
Is it priced per line / extension / call?
No. Flat €9 / month, regardless of extensions, calls or users. Billed per PBX tenant.
How is "call resolved" determined?
Configurable: any callback dial (even unanswered), answered callback, manual, or any combination. Portal operators can also mark resolved manually.
What happens with history?
Retention is configurable: 30, 60, 90 days or forever. Resolved calls stay in history for reports.
Can I exclude test numbers?
Yes. Both caller numbers and inbound DIDs. For example, fax line or auto-attendant won't generate "missed calls" anymore.
