Your agents should be talking, not dialling numbers.
Smart Dialer calls the campaign contacts by itself, walks past busy tones, answering machines and nobody-home, and hands your person only the connected calls — with the contact card and the script already on screen. The calls go out over your own trunk, so the minutes stay yours.

How the work goes today
Your person has the list in a spreadsheet and dials by hand. Seven out of ten dials end in a busy tone, a machine, or nobody picking up. The outcome gets typed into another column, sometimes. Whoever needs calling back in three days lives in a personal notebook, and the numbers that asked never to be called again are remembered.
How it goes with Smart Dialer
The system dials instead of them and brings only the real conversations. The outcome is one button press, and the button decides what happens next by itself: closed, rescheduled, or added to the Do Not Call list. Promised callbacks come back on time, to the agent who promised them.
Four things that change an agent's day
This is not "more calls per hour" at any cost. It is more time talking and less time hunting.
The agent is called first
The system rings the agent's phone first and only then the contact. Nobody answers into an empty line saying "hello? hello?" until somebody connects — and the contact hears a human from the first second.
Card and script, on connect
The moment the call connects, the agent's screen shows the contact's name, the details from the import, and the campaign script. No hunting in another tab, no "who am I speaking to?".
Do Not Call, applied by itself
Numbers on the Do Not Call list are stripped out at import and never dialled, no matter which file they come back in. An agent can send a number there straight from the console, with a call outcome.
Callbacks stop getting lost
"Call me Thursday at 10" becomes a scheduled item in the system, not a note on paper. It comes back at its hour, to the agent who promised it, with everything discussed last time.
What's inside
The supervisor gets the campaigns and the numbers. The agent gets one screen.
Campaigns with a schedule
Calls go out only within the windows you set, several per day if you want. You set how long to wait before giving up on an unanswered call, and how many lines the campaign may use at once, under the account cap.
Import from Excel, CSV or paste
Paste columns straight out of Excel or upload the file. You say what each column means, and duplicates plus Do Not Call numbers are flagged before the import runs. Large files are read in the background, with a report at the end.
The agent console
One screen: the current call, the contact card, the script, the outcome buttons, a break with a reason, and their own callbacks. A plain agent sees no campaigns, no contact database and no reports — only their own work.
Live activity and reports
The supervisor sees in real time who is on a call, who is on a break and which campaign is running. On top of that, reports per campaign and per agent: contacts reached, outcomes, contact rate computed correctly.
Send the calls into your system
Every event — call started, call ended, outcome pressed, number added to Do Not Call — can be pushed to your address, in order, with automatic retry when your server does not answer. Plus API keys for reading from outside.
Two roles, a clear line
The supervisor administers everything. The agent works only from the console and sees only the callbacks they promised. If they try to open a supervisor page, they are refused — not shown an empty one.
Getting it dialling
Three steps to the first campaign.
The PBXTools agent on the PBX
One command on your system. The agent creates its own command account in Asterisk and opens the connection from your side outwards — you open no ports.
Your people and their extensions
Each agent gets their own extension on the PBX, unique within the company — that is where their phone rings before the contact is dialled. Anyone without one is flagged and cannot work, so you don't discover it mid-campaign.
The contacts and the script
Upload the list, pick the calling windows, write the script. Start the campaign and calls begin arriving at your agents already connected.
Which PBX systems it runs on
Dialling goes through the PBX command channel. It runs today on Asterisk; FusionPBX is in progress, and for other platforms we build on request.
Asterisk-based PBX systems
FreePBX, VitalPBX and centraletelefonice.ro PBX — including systems hosting several companies, where each company has its own dialer. The agent creates and maintains its own command account; you do not go editing configuration files.
Bespoke PBX systems
A hand-built Asterisk, or a system built for one particular customer. All we need is a way to tell it to dial — tell us what you have and we will look.
FusionPBX — in progress
FreeSWITCH uses a different command channel from Asterisk, so porting is a job in itself. It is underway right now. If you run FusionPBX and want the dialer, tell us — customers who ask go first.
☎️ Running a different PBX?
Tell us what you run and how many agents you have. We will not ask you to change your PBX: if yours is not on the list yet, we look at what it takes to put it there. That is how every platform we support today got on it.
What it costs
A team of ten comes to €40 a month. No setup fee, and the minutes stay with your carrier.
